Bird Spot Revisited

The Friends of Fort Vancouver National Historic Site
invite you to attend:
BIRD SPOT Revisited
Join us once again for Pam Gunn's slide show presentation about birds and birding at the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site. All are welcome to join in the activity and once involved you are welcome to spot and identify birds on your own schedule. Ms. Gunn will present an overview of the project and other participants will share brief stories, too.
Purpose: The purpose of this venture is to provide a long-term, year-round, snapshot of bird presence at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site and to improve awareness of local birds.
Method: Volunteers each choose a special spot. This spot might be a trail, or a bench, or any location on the National Historic Site. In other words, the volunteer adopts a spot of his or her own.
Space for this presentation is limited by pandemic social distancing so please register soon. National Park Service requires masks indoors and prefers that attendees are fully vaccinated.
